His journey, rooted in his hometown of Nawalparasi, Nepal, began with a deep passion for the culinary arts. He honed his craft in India and the Gulf countries, mastering the intricacies of Indian cuisine and beyond.
Tej views his journey as a blessing, shaped by sacrifices and hardships that taught him invaluable lessons: perseverance, dedication, and the importance of passion in the face of challenges.
